BIOGRAPHY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saif Khalfan Almazrouei is the founder and CEO of Manshur, the first
prediction market platform designed for the MENA region.

A UAE National, Saif developed his expertise in AI and financial technology
during his internship at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he
built the PRISM AI research system that achieved a 96% improvement in data
processing efficiency for investment research workflows.

Saif is currently completing a triple major in Computer Science, Data Science,
and Information Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with an
expected graduation date of December 2026.

He has filed three provisional patents related to prediction market technology
and AI-driven trading systems, including multi-agent decision architectures
and reasoning capture mechanisms.

Prior to founding Manshur, Saif participated in ADIA's Early Preparation
Program from grades 9-12, providing him with deep exposure to institutional
investment practices and the UAE's financial ecosystem.
