Abu Dhabi, UAE — December 2025 — Manshur, a 6265Lab company, today announced
the development of the first prediction market platform designed specifically
for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Founded by UAE National Saif Khalfan Almazrouei, Manshur enables users to
trade on the outcomes of real-world events across economics, politics, sports,
technology, and more. Unlike traditional betting, prediction markets aggregate
collective intelligence to produce accurate probability forecasts — a
technology that has been restricted to US and European markets until now.

"Prediction markets represent the next frontier of information discovery,"
said Almazrouei. "With the UAE's recent legalization of commercial gaming
and the establishment of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority,
we have a unique opportunity to bring this powerful technology to the region
for the first time."

The timing aligns with a historic moment for the UAE. In September 2023, the
country established the GCGRA to regulate commercial gaming. In November 2025,
the first internet gaming operator license was issued, opening the door for
innovative gaming and prediction platforms.

Manshur's platform features over 100 prediction markets across seven
categories, a proprietary "Reasoning Capture" system that records not just
what users predict but why they make their predictions, and a multi-agent AI
trading engine with 62 alpha features currently operational on US markets.

Saif Khalfan Almazrouei is a UAE National and triple-major student at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison (Computer Science, Data Science, Information
Science), graduating December 2026. During his internship at the Abu Dhabi
Investment Authority, he developed AI-powered research tools including the
PRISM system that achieved 96% reduction in data processing time.
