Our Story
MANSHUR was founded in 2024 by Saif Khalfan Almazrouei, driven by a simple belief: the best predictions come from collective intelligence, from diverse minds sharing not just their forecasts, but their reasoning.
Traditional forecasting is broken. Experts have incentives to be provocative, not accurate. Polls capture stated preferences, not revealed ones. AI models hallucinate. And prediction markets? They tell you what people think, but not why.
MANSHUR changes this. Our Intelligence Capture™ system collects the reasoning behind every prediction: the data analysis, news insights, domain expertise, and contrarian views that drive forecasts. This creates a living knowledge network that gets smarter with every prediction.
Drawing on experience building AI-powered financial tools at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and research in multi-agent AI systems, MANSHUR combines cutting-edge technology with deep market understanding. Based in Abu Dhabi and pursuing GCGRA Internet Gaming licensing, we're building the first regulated prediction market in the MENA region.
