1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MANSHUR ("the Platform"), operated by 6265 Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where prediction market trading is legal to use MANSHUR. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Trading Rules

When trading on MANSHUR, you agree to:

  • Trade only with funds you can afford to lose
  • Not engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
  • Not use automated trading systems without prior authorization
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not share inside information or trade on non-public information

5. Market Resolution

MANSHUR determines market outcomes based on publicly verifiable information from reputable sources. Our resolution decisions are final. In cases of ambiguity, we may void markets and return funds to traders.

6. Fees and Payments

MANSHUR charges zero trading fees. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to third-party processing fees. All transactions are in USD or USD-equivalent stablecoins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on MANSHUR are owned by 6265 Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MANSHUR and 6265 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. MANSHUR is designed to operate under the regulatory framework of the UAE General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
