Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy

1. Purpose

6265 Labs is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. This policy outlines our procedures to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.

2. Regulatory Framework

MANSHUR is designed to operate under the regulatory framework of the UAE General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). Our platform is built to comply with GCGRA AML regulations, UAE Central Bank requirements, FATF recommendations, and applicable international standards.

3. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

We conduct thorough customer due diligence including:

Identity Verification

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of address
  • Selfie verification
  • Source of funds documentation (for high-value accounts)

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

Additional verification for:

  • Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
  • High-risk jurisdictions
  • Unusual transaction patterns
  • Large deposits or withdrawals

4. Transaction Monitoring

We employ automated systems to monitor transactions for suspicious activity, including:

  • Large or unusual deposits/withdrawals
  • Rapid movement of funds
  • Transactions inconsistent with user profile
  • Structuring to avoid thresholds
  • Connections to sanctioned parties

5. Sanctions Compliance

We screen all users against sanctions lists including OFAC, UN, EU, and UAE sanctions. Users from sanctioned countries or on sanctions lists are prohibited from using MANSHUR.

6. Suspicious Activity Reporting

We file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with relevant authorities when we detect potentially suspicious activity. We are prohibited from informing users if a SAR has been filed.

7. Record Keeping

We maintain records of all customer identification, transactions, and compliance activities for a minimum of 5 years after account closure or transaction completion.

8. Staff Training

All employees receive regular AML training covering identification of suspicious activity, reporting procedures, and regulatory updates.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on MANSHUR:

  • Using the platform for money laundering
  • Funding accounts with proceeds of crime
  • Operating accounts on behalf of sanctioned parties
  • Providing false identity documents
  • Circumventing deposit/withdrawal limits

10. Compliance Officer
