Creating Your MANSHUR Account

Getting started on MANSHUR takes less than 2 minutes. Here's how to create your account and start trading.

Step 1: Sign Up

1. Click the "Sign up" button in the top right corner
2. Enter your email address
3. Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including a number and symbol)
4. Click "Create account"

You'll receive a verification email within a few seconds.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

1. Check your inbox for an email from MANSHUR
2. Click the verification link in the email
3. You'll be redirected back to MANSHUR with a confirmed account

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder, or click "Resend verification email" on the login page.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

After email verification, you'll be prompted to:

1. Choose a display name - This is how other traders will see you on leaderboards
2. Set your timezone - Ensures market resolution times display correctly
3. Accept Terms of Service - Review and accept our terms and privacy policy

Step 4: Identity Verification (Optional but Recommended)

While you can browse markets immediately, full trading requires identity verification (KYC):

To complete verification:

1. Go to Settings → Identity Verification
2. Upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
3. Upload proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
4. Take a selfie for facial verification

Verification typically takes 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Step 5: Add Funds

Once verified, you can deposit funds:

1. Navigate to Portfolio → Deposit
2. Choose your payment method:
   • Card (Visa/Mastercard) - Instant, 2.5% fee
   • Bank transfer - 1-3 days, no fee
   • Crypto (USDC, USDT) - Near instant, no fee
3. Enter the amount and confirm

Minimum deposits:

• Card: $10
• Bank transfer: $50
• Crypto: No minimum

Account Security Tips

Protect your account from day one:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) - Go to Settings → Security
• Use a unique password - Don't reuse passwords from other sites
• Verify your email - Enables account recovery
• Check login activity - Review recent logins in Settings → Security

Troubleshooting

"Email already in use" You may have created an account previously. Try the "Forgot password" flow to recover access.

Verification pending for more than 24 hours Contact support with your verification reference number. Most delays are due to unclear document photos.

Can't receive SMS code Ensure your phone number includes the correct country code. Try the "Call me instead" option for voice verification.
